Data Policy

Your data are kept exclusively on server farms within the Unites States of America, owned and operated by Digital Ocean.  Your data are backed up every night, and seven consecutive nights of backups are retained.  Your data will be used for no purpose other than the service.  Data you or your customers create on the service are yours and will be removed upon request.  We provide a single button you may press to create a spreadsheet of your client and pet data, which is useful for email campaigns, etc.
